Peter is a co-founder and the Managing Partner at Re:food.
For two decades, he was the CEO and member of the board of some of Europe’s fastest-growing food companies, including Danone, Nomad Foods, ProViva, and Innocent Drinks.
He has vast experience in investing for growth, driving change, implementing sustainability systems, and acquiring – and selling – companies.
Peter holds an executive MBA degree from London Business School and an MBA degree from EADA Business School.
Coming from the inside of the food system, Peter experienced the need for more sustainable and healthy alternatives, and the power of innovation and capital to drive the growth of them.
When he met Gullspång in 2020, he had already plans for starting a Food and Ag venture capital vehicle, which aligned with Gustaf’s ambition to make a bigger impact in the food system.
Peter has two great passions in life: sports, and food. He is both coaching and performing sports himself, and he loves to cook for his family, friends, and sometimes even his colleagues. If you are lucky, he will fire up the grill at your next visit to the Re:food office.
