Eric-Alan is a Re:food venture partner, based in Denmark with twenty-five years of start-up and VC experience before joining Re:food.
He helped to build the sustainable agri-food investment strategy, team, and portfolio at Vækstfonden, the sovereign Danish investment fund. Before, he was CEO of the Copenhagen-based food start-up Homemate, which he co-founded after many years in the tech VC space.
Eric-Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University, and an MBA from emlyon business school.
Eric-Alan is an entrepreneur, venture capital investor, and vocal climate advocate focused on our planetary food systems. He is seeking solutions for our increasing soil health, food supply chain, and climate challenges.
He was born and raised in the US and is now a Danish citizen.
