Ed is a senior investment manager based in Boston.
Before Re:food, he worked in London at Planet First Partners, focusing primarily on food and agriculture technology investments. Previously, he co-founded Inside Out, an Australian non-dairy milk business (later backed by Coca-Cola), and subsequently worked as a management consultant at Bain & Co.
Ed holds Bachelor’s degrees in Law and Commerce (Finance) from the University of Sydney and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Good food has always been central to Ed’s home and work life. He is particularly interested in how emerging technology businesses in the space can tap into consumer demand to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable future.
In his spare time, you may find Ed cooking, furiously pedaling on the local share bike scheme, or playing or watching football (come on, West Ham!). He also enjoys laughing.
He was born and raised in Sydney and has worked across APAC, Europe, and the USA.
